The Lunteren symposium of the Dutch Society for Immunology is held each year in spring time, this year 24 & 25 March. This two-day symposium has a more than 50 years long history. It covers a broad range of immune-related topics, sometimes with a specific focus on one or two topics - theme of this year: Immunology in real life.
This meeting is attended by 200-300 Dutch immunologists, and is attractive to Dutch immunologists from all stages in their career. Its low-threshold setup provides ample time for discussion with the speakers and other participants not only after the talks, but also during breaks, the dinner, and the ‘meet the speaker’ breakfast.
Topics include: Primary immunodeficiencies, chronic inflammatory and autoimmune responses, immunometabolism, antigen repertoire mining in adaptive immunity, innate immunity, next generation immune models and anti-viral and anti-tumor immunology
